Here's a GMO update from Guatemala

Greetings in the precious name of Jesus .

After 13 years in the mission field,

G.M.O. is moving its base of operation to the US. where we will continue to oversee and direct the ministry.

We are currently looking for a couple who will assume the position of co-directors and reside at the project location in Panimaquin. We have a few possible candidates and covet your prayers as we look for the most qualified couple willing to work alongside our experienced Guatemalan staff.

After digging the project (literally) out of the mountain, it won't be hard for our successors to take the torch and run with it. We started in Panimaquin in 1996 with a team of 5 workers and 12 children. Today we have 30 "employee-team members" and 97 children.

Why are we coming home?

We have family members that need our help after thirteen years of our absence. Our daughter Lisa has M. S., has a three year old to raise, and has been losing mobility. Our children and grandchildren (some who are grown) would like to see us more than one week per year.

So, what do we need?

Your promise: To continue your loving support for the needs of our project families as you have in the past.

Our goal: To maintain the same quality of care in shaping the future leaders, teachers, and disciples in Panimaquin as a witness to our loving God.

Blessings,

Bernard, Trish, and Sarah Cohen
