Every third Saturday of the month, we are honored to be the “hands” and “feet” of Jesus by reaching out to those in need in the Kensington section of Philadelphia. We are honored to have the honor of serving our world in the loving name of Jesus!
Every month, hundreds of hungry people walk into our sanctuary for a warm meal and spiritual enrichment for an event we call “Shared Meals.” As they arrive, they are met with gracious people who invite them to our “FREE CLOTHING BOUTIQUE” for our guests to help themselves to clothes and shoes! Located in Johnstown, PA, Peniel exists to transform broken lives as a result of addiction to drugs and alcohol. Literally every day miracles occur at Peniel. Men and women’s lives are transformed, families are restored and the vicious cycle of addiction is broken. Simply stated, Peniel’s purpose is to see men and women free of their bondages and the tangled snare of their addictions loosened. Clients must die, that is, there old self must go and a re-birth take place. We encourage an honest relationship with God, self, and others by providing a secure and controlled environment for clients to deal with their issues through self-examination and daily interaction with one another.
Levittown Church of God is blessed to be partner to reach the children of Haiti. VBF exists to provide services & support to children with Cerebral Palsy & other disabilities through housing, schooling & clinics in Haiti. Their goal is to enhance the physical, mental and spiritual well being of these precious underprivileged children.
Through the Church of God World Missions, we are honored to support the mission of Jesus in Honduras through supporting missionaries Don and Sue Boyer. In Matthew 25:40 Jesus said, “The King will reply, ‘I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did it for me.’” What an honor we have to support those who are working with their hands and their hearts for the Gospel on the other side of the world!
